Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control. Clear shipping timelines and expectations are a recommended best practice for ecommerce businesses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Andrew Élixir ships to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping Restrictions
Because fragrances contain alcohol, certain shipping methods or destinations may not be available due to carrier regulations. Orders will be shipped using an approved carrier and service that complies with applicable shipping requirements.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
Andrew Élixir is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Andrew Élixir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier whenever possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
